Future Models…
Okay, I need some feedback. I get a lot of emails asking for certain things. Some people want to see new girls all the time. Others want to see the same girls over and over. At this point I think I am running out of authentic ABDL women for photoshoots and I want your opinion on the matter. Here are the options:
1. Continue with authentic ABDL women only. Even if that means shooting the same girls over and over. Of course I will continue to search for new ABDL girls, but currently the tank has run a bit dry.
2. Hire professional models that have no interest in the ABDL lifestyle. Of course the content would be as authentic as possible, but in the end they are just models. The benefit would be very attractive women.
3. Hire the ABDL women I have turned away in the past for multiple reasons. Not to sound harsh, but these reasons usually included being overweight, older than average or just not very attractive. My apologies if that offends anyone I have turned away in the past.
I have included a poll to the right side of this page where you can choose the option you would like best. Personally I enjoy working with real ABDL women. It makes everything much more fun, however, I will do whatever it takes to make DiaperedOnline the best it can be.

Option #1.
Personally I do not enjoy seeing models who really are only there for the money in any context. Nor, honestly, do I enjoy seeing older/fat/ugly women. I don’t ascribe to the concept of BBWs and would prefer if your site stayed with a cute (if limited) pool of girls.

If you decide to hire models, really make them earn the money. They want the cash fine! Humiliate them to the max. The models you see on other sites have the look of just going through the motions. Let them be truly diaper punished. Keep them diapered till pee is running down their legs and tears stream down their faces. You could also let the true diaper girls have some fun at the shoots in punishing the posers.

Hiring models is fine as long as they know what they are getting into. I also agree with Jennifer, make the models earn their cash. If they aren’t that desperate then they don’t have to stay. In my opinion though, you should stick with the ABDL crowd, even if that means shooting the same girls multiple times.

My two cents. Right now I am a member of DiaperedOnline and a member of another site which uses paid models. The paid models are nice to look at; however, the level of fakeness, not only in the scenes but also in looks, just clouds the whole experience for me.
To me, I am totally ok with seeing a slightly heavy girl who is actually enjoying herself, and seeing a woman older than the normal early-twenties in Diapers is equally as hot for me. Hell, I still plan to be enjoying my girlfriend in diapers the rest of her life (she’s not an AB or DL but still plays the part for my indulgence, usually she likes to be the one in charge though).
What it comes down to is this, you have built your site and taken pride in using genuine girls; don’t change that now. Ultimately its taking pride in your work (gotta say, I love Jennifer’s ideas though).
Just a side thought though, have you tried branching into looking for submissive girls on BDSM sites who just want humiliation. I think getting some of those sort of girls could prove interesting. Afterall, if they are just humiliation junkies there are few things that could invoke that response quicker than having to wet and mess a diaper then have those pictures posted on the web (consent forms signed of course).
